Butcher/ De-boner
Eve Smallgoods is growing rapidly and we have immediate need to hire a skilled butcher with experience in de-boning pork by hand. We are happy to consider a suitably qualified backpacker but would prefer a butcher seeking permanent work. Must be strong and reliable.

Master Smallgoods Maker
Eve Smallgoods is seeking a Master Smallgoods Maker of European qualification, (but will also consider a passionate person who has extensive experience in crafting Continental Smallgoods in Australia). You must be able to work 30 plus hours per week and be able to competently complete the following tasks:
Safe food handling and high level of hygiene
Work both independently and as a member of the team.
Follow recipes and have knowledge in mixing spices
Know how to competently use the following machines; mincer, tumbler, pickle injector, filler, vacuum packing machine.
You must have knowledge of all butchering techniques in addition to Smallgoods making.
You must be able to supervise and direct other team members.
Job description includes all aspects of work in a Smallgoods manufacturing plant including cleaning and packing product.
