Our range includes gluten free sausages, succulent hams and cold cuts with no added preservatives and hand picked ingredients. The new methods for making smallgoods involve fast processing times and a lot of chemical additives and preservatives where the old traditional way is more time consuming but the advantage is that you don't need so many chemicals and preservatives and the resulting product tastes far superior, and is healthier too.
